Pearl has been part of the Visy team since 2015, holding a range of roles across logistics and customer service. In her current role, she leads the Customer Service Team for Visy Global Logistics Singapore, delivering complex logistics solutions for customers across the region.

After returning to work following several years caring for her children, Pearl was looking for more than just a job, she wanted a role that was meaningful and challenging.

Pearl has managed logistics for many of our products, including paper, cardboard, glass, and beverage cans. She has supported customers through breakbulk shipments, managed large-volume and special equipment movements, implemented sea-air process improvements, and participated in system integration trial runs.
Technology also plays an important role in her team’s approach.
“By leveraging technology, we aim to reduce manual errors, streamline booking and documentation workflows, and improve customer experience.”
Pearl describes her team as collaborative, highly skilled, and focused on delivering outcomes.
“I enjoy mentoring team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence,” Pearl says.
