As a Laboratory Technician, Claudio evaluates our packaging to ensure its quality and performance for our customers. He tests materials through compression, strength and compliance assessments.

With a background in laboratory work in the photographic, paint and automotive industries, Claudio joined Visy because it offered him a return to a technically focused environment to apply his laboratory and quality testing skills.
Claudio has worked across a range of projects, including the development of our white top liner, assessed our recyclable cardboard prawn boxes and our fibre-based thermal insulation, Visycell.
“I’ve also contributed to method development for glue bond testing, crease bending testing and continuous improvement initiatives.”
With 16 years’ experience at Visy, Claudio says the team makes all the difference.
