In her role as Continuous Improvement Manager, Claudia is supporting the successful opening of our new glass recycling and remanufacturing facility in Yatala, Queensland. She collaborates with cross-functional teams to align schedules, manage the purchasing budget and coordinate the procurement of equipment, tools, furniture, and other necessary resources, ensuring the site is prepared for opening.
